Cancellation Policy

1. Standard Reservations

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to provide a flexible cancellation policy for our guests. For standard room reservations:

  • Cancellations made 72 hours or more before arrival: Full refund with no cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made between 24-72 hours before arrival: Refund with a one-night room charge as a cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival: No refund will be issued.

All cancellations must be made through our reservation system, by phone, or via email. Confirmation of your cancellation will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.

2. Package Reservations

For special package reservations, including our Weekday Escape, Weekend Luxury, and Luxury Suite Experience packages:

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before arrival: Full refund with no cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made between 3-7 days before arrival: 75% refund of the total package price.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total package price.
  • No-shows: No refund will be issued.

3. Group Bookings

For group bookings (5 rooms or more):

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival: Full refund with no cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made between 14-30 days before arrival: 75% refund of the total booking value.
  • Cancellations made between 7-14 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total booking value.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival: No refund will be issued.

Specific terms for group bookings will be outlined in the group contract provided at the time of booking.

4. Event Cancellation

For events hosted at Zanoreta Casino & Hotel:

  • Cancellations made 60 days or more before the event: Full refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made between 30-60 days before the event: 75% refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made between 14-30 days before the event: 50% refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event: No refund will be issued.

Specific terms for events will be outlined in the event contract provided at the time of booking.

5. Modifications

Modifications to existing reservations are subject to availability and may result in changes to the rate. If you need to modify your reservation:

  • Modifications made 72 hours or more before arrival: No fee for modifications, subject to availability.
  • Modifications made less than 72 hours before arrival: May be subject to a modification fee, depending on the nature of the changes.

If the modification results in a shorter stay, the cancellation policy for the removed nights will apply.

6. Early Departure

If you check out earlier than your scheduled departure date, you will be charged for the full duration of your original booking unless you notify the front desk at least 24 hours in advance of your new departure date. Early departures with proper notice may still be subject to a one-night early departure fee.

7. Non-Refundable Rates

Some rates or special promotions may be marked as "non-refundable." These reservations cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances. The full payment is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable in case of cancellation, modification, or no-show.

8. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, acts of terrorism, widespread disease, or other circumstances beyond our control), we may offer a full refund or the option to reschedule your stay without penalty, regardless of the standard cancellation policy.
